As a Senior Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst, you will be integral to this. You will work directly with our Field Operations teams to ensure we keep improving our customer engagements.

You will have a hybrid job combining traditional sales operations and strategic planning. We are looking for someone who is familiar with SaaS go-to-market frameworks, who also has experience engaging with C-level executives and GMs. Do you love working with sales teams? What you'll do

  • Support and partner with the enterprise sales team.
  • Build foundational reporting around sales metrics (lead conversion, opportunity forecasting, bookings). You will create real-time dashboards from CRM data that sales leaders can easily follow.
  • Work with technical teams to identify customer needs and develop reporting requirements for BI dashboards.
  • Monitor sales performance efficiency and lead recommendations for improvement plans. There are multiple levers Sales Leadership can use, it's our job to identify the correct one.
  • Participate as a critical contributor of change management and go-to-market projects. You will identify underlying causes and implement related projects to improve team performance around customer lifecycle and conversion metrics.
  • Support planning modelling, capacity planning, ad-hoc analytics, and produce internal quarterly business reviews.

Your background

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics roles within B2B SaaS companies or in a strategy consulting environment.
  • Expert analytics and excel skills: you know what questions to ask, what the data says, and what actions to take based on the results. You are comfortable building detailed capacity and utilisation models.
  • You know how to create compelling presentations, can guide executives through data deep-dives, and build or collaborate on real-time dashboards from CRM data.
  • You love partnering and co-piloting cross-team initiatives.
  • Continuous improvement is in your DNA. You can enhance business processes from diagnosis to documentation to execution.
