Sr. Manager, Warehouse Performance

Job Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects relating to 3rd party vendor safety, cost, and performance within brewery warehouse operations
  • Develop, monitor, and review KPIs in monthly performance reviews with vendors to ensure process efficiency
  • Leverage data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to set 1 & 3YP vendor strategy and priorities
  • Provide leadership to solve medium- to long-range process-based problems in Logistics and Procurement operations
  • Own Logistics Support VLC package, budget, monthly LE process, and vendor contracts for all breweries
  • Develop, launch, monitor, and audit excellence programs that drive a VPO culture & mindset with all vendors
  • Utilize problem solving tools (PDCA methodology, Abnormality Reports, Data Analysis, Fishbone Diagrams, Process Mapping) to achieve financial and operational performance targets

Job Qualifications

  • B.S. / B.A. degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business or related field
  • 5+ years business work experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain Analysis/Engineering role.
  • Strong internal stakeholder or external supplier management experience
  • Business case development and strategic project management
  • Demonstrated strengths - leadership, planning, communication, analytical, complex problem-solving, ability to influence, strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results that exceed expectations
