Manager, Logistics Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Support Logistics business cycle including month end close and 1YP.
  • Ensuring on time and accurate reporting of results, as well as detailed explanations and action plans.
  • Responsible Monthly Performance Review cycle, including internal department reviews, as well as consolidated reporting to Zone President and Chief Supply Officer.
  • Manage the development, tracking, monitoring & reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) with focus on ensuring proper linkage to financial performance.

Job Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years experience in a brewery/logistics operating department
  • Experience with budget process, and general FP&A
  • Broad understanding of logistics operation
  • Strong interpersonal, business acumen, financial, and technical problem solving skills
  • Highly focused on results and providing a structured, systematic approach to delivering solutions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience in organizing & presenting complex information to senior management
  • Computer proficiency required including advanced excel skills
