- Support Logistics business cycle including month end close and 1YP.
- Ensuring on time and accurate reporting of results, as well as detailed explanations and action plans.
- Responsible Monthly Performance Review cycle, including internal department reviews, as well as consolidated reporting to Zone President and Chief Supply Officer.
- Manage the development, tracking, monitoring & reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) with focus on ensuring proper linkage to financial performance.

Job Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
- 3+ years experience in a brewery/logistics operating department
- Experience with budget process, and general FP&A
- Broad understanding of logistics operation
- Strong interpersonal, business acumen, financial, and technical problem solving skills
- Highly focused on results and providing a structured, systematic approach to delivering solutions
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience in organizing & presenting complex information to senior management
- Computer proficiency required including advanced excel skills
