Role Summary

As the Manager of Compensation Analytics you will lead our compensation processes, operations, and strategy execution in North America, by understanding business goals and objectives to identify opportunities where compensation and banding can add value.

• Creating tools, dashboards, and reports that empower the business to execute compensation programs

• Performing analysis on the effectiveness of our compensation programs

• Building capabilities that help the HR function understand compensation impacts on turnover, attraction, cost management, retention, etc.

• Leverage surveys and data to evaluate and recommend appropriate compensation levels at the local level

• Prepare informational materials ("Roadshows"), including training materials, to assist managers and HR partners in understanding our compensation philosophy and processes.

• Facilitate compensation training for management and HR

• Maintain documentation, controls, and validation measures to ensure data accuracy

• Partner with the Transformation team to deliver HRIS Compensation Transformation in Workday

• Prepare monthly accrual files and perform data validations for various Long Term Incentive programs

• Mange the Long-Term Incentive platform for North America and the Global Headquarters

• Generate monthly ad-hoc reports from the HRIS database as necessary

• Work closely with Target Setting Team on annual bonus plan management

• Facilitate specialized transactions with payroll group

• Manage end to end process of the annual merit cycle

To deliver this, you will need:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large amount of compensation data

• Ability to be well organized and multi-task

• Strong management skills and ability to complete projects in fast pace environment

• Detailed understanding of compensation methodologies

• Ability to create and maintain complex data sets

• Effective communication skills

  • Job Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, or the equivalent in related work experience.

    • 3-5 years of experience in roles within compensation or analytics

    • Demonstrates sound knowledge of HR Systems, Workday strongly preferred

    • Superior Excel and analytical skills; ability to work with large amounts of confidential data

    • Excellent project management skills and execution.

    • Power BI capabilities
