Senior Manager, Sales Operations EMEA

As Alteryx's business evolves and broadens, the company is executing a strategy that requires dedicated operational leaders in each discrete Sales region to help maximize efficiency and productivity. This is a high impact individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate is expected to be able to work strategically and effectively to ensure success across the districts comprising Alteryx's Sales organisation in the EMEA part of the International business. They will need to help define the strategy for the region & then provide operational rigor during execution. This involves defining and optimising processes and systems, analysing and tracking all Key Performance Indicators, and driving initiatives that will improve results.

This role requires communication and collaboration with many teams and departments throughout the company and potentially third parties. Ideal candidates are analytical, process-oriented, energetic, and enjoy working in a high-growth, data and operationally-driven environment. The selected candidate will have strong business acumen, outstanding communication skills, top-notch data analytics abilities, as well as strong attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Own and drive the sales "rhythm of the business" for EMEA
  • Consolidating, driving, and facilitating the EMEA Forecast and other team cadences
  • Support EMEA Business Planning; including targets for Bookings and Headcount and related Investment Plans in partnership with other Sales Operation's teams
  • Create & support exec level presentations such as QBRs
  • Support Quota-setting and compensation planning for the EMEA Sales organisation
  • Reporting and analysis: provide various forms of business performance analysis and reporting to the key stakeholders; identify additional reporting and analysis needs, and work with the various systems and cross-functional Operations teams to develop the appropriate reporting or dashboard solutions; extend where possible to enable self-service solutions for Field representatives
  • Help identify growth strategies/opportunities across assigned region working closely with Sales Programs & Enablement
  • Help optimize allocation of resources within each discrete Sales segment
  • Business and Technical Business Process Workflow: analysing, developing and refining business process workflows within different sales segments: work with appropriate departments to develop required tools and documentation
  • Assist Sales leaders in developing and implementing marketing strategies with internal teams to achieve positive business results.
  • Monitor regional budgets in conjunction with Finance. Analyze and implement opportunities for optimizing expenses.
  • Take responsibility for clear, concise onboarding material for New Hires, working in partnership with Sales Leadership, HR and Sales Enablement organisation.
  • Past experience in a Sales or Revenue Operations role. Consulting background welcomed with demonstratable experience in sales or revenue operations on a customer site.
  • System oriented with strong analytical tool skills; Salesforce.com, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with attention to detail
