Before heading into an interview, you probably spend lots of time preparing. You print extra copies of your resume, you prep your outfit, and you feel ready for almost every interview question that may be thrown at you.
But, many people end up forgetting about their body language. Maybe you cross your arms when you’re nervous. Or, you play with your hair when you’re thinking of an answer. We all have those little things that come out in high-stress situations.
