You’re full of great ideas, and finally it’s your chance to share them with your team, or your boss, or even in an interview. So, you lug out your computer, gather your notes, and create a PowerPoint presentation—from scratch.
OK, maybe you don’t have that reaction. Maybe you’re the creative type and love getting crafty with visuals. Or, you’re super organized and love putting an excessive amount of information into neat bullets.
But you probably wouldn’t say no to a little extra help, would you?
It’s your lucky day no matter where you stand on slideshows, because we’ve put together an easy-to-use presentation template for you so you don’t have to worry about forgetting an agenda (yes, you should always have one of these), spending an hour figuring out how to make a graph or insert a photo, and spending another two hours choosing the perfect theme (we know how easy it is to fall into that hole).
And if you do want to spend your time making it look pretty, at least this template can help you spend less time worrying about the more important stuff, like what information goes where.

To download the template, click File > Make a copy and give it any file name you’d like.
Prefer to use Microsoft PowerPoint rather than Google Slides? Just click File > Download as > Microsoft PowerPoint.
Now, keep in mind that this is just a template and everything in there is change-able and remove-able.
For example, if you want to change the colors of the background, right click the slide in the scroll menu on the left > “Change Background” > change it to whatever color you’d like.
And if you want to duplicate a slide, right click the slide in the scroll bar on the left, and choose “Duplicate slide.”
(And to remove a slide if you hate my handiwork, right click the slide and choose “Delete slide.”)
