About the role and about You:

Zwift is seeking a Senior Specialist, People Experience to join our People Team. This role will contribute to building an exceptional employee experience during all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding though exit. You will be responsible for fostering a global, progressive, professional, and fun people experience which supports the delivery of Zwift’s business strategy. 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and administer efficient, consistent, and equitable processes for people programs and policies. Recommend new approaches and procedures to improve our current processes.
  • Support day to day People Team processes, such as employee onboarding and offboarding, creating new roles and backfills, employee relations, performance management, and employee data management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers to ensure fair treatment and compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Support the company in transition to a self-service model, while still providing excellent service and support, especially in cases of escalation.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams such as Legal, IT, and Payroll to ensure compliance, communication, and collaboration on projects and processes as needed. 
  • Manage immigration cases and global mobility in partnership with the Head of People and external immigration resources.
  • Advise hiring managers, the business, and external search firms as needed with talent acquisition and recruitment processes to help fill open roles with the right talent.
  • Responsible for HR data integrity; ensure our people data is clean, consistent, and up to date through establishing processes and regular audits to continuously improve the quality of data.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant HR Certification and 3-4 years of work experience. 
  • Proven experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to deliver programs in expedited timeframes.
  • Solid understanding of local and regional People practices. Analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail, analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and translating findings into recommended actions.
  • Proactive, self-directed, motivated, and results-oriented individual with a high dedication to quality while handling multiple, and at times competing, priorities.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Resilient in the face of change with the ability to adjust, adapt, and perform in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Workday HCM or other HRIS experience. 

Bonus points:

  • Solid understanding of global People practices
  • Understanding of key legal challenges facing different regional jurisdictions

The base salary for this position ranges between $70,000 and $110,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
