ZS's Strategy & Transformation solution area works with clients using our core consulting skills and frameworks to make the right strategic choices and drive stronger execution of strategies for lasting impact and change. We target clients who have broad, strategic mandates (typically VP level or above within the organization) and support them from strategy through to implementation and transformation. We offer value to the client by linking strategy and implementation in a seamless fashion, drawing on ZS' broad expertise along this continuu expressing insights, strategies and executional ideas through creative platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Produce highly creative graphic design work for different media (Print, Web, and
Multimedia) within an internal process-driven systems structure, meet deadlines and client expectations for quality and creativity; - Manage and deliver graphic design projects through all phases of development: creative consulting, storyboarding, providing concepts based on customer interaction, designing, revising, troubleshooting, and producing a final product;
- Gain expertise on ZS and client brand identity standards and brand templates;
- Deliver design solutions that have a high visual impact and stands out in the market;
- Create videos, motion graphics, kinetic animations (type and graphics);
- Design microsites and implement navigation ideas;
- Demonstrate freehand and digital illustration skills.
What You'll Bring:
- Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline. Desired: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Bachelor of Design, or Diploma in Graphic/Web Designing;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate graphic/pursuit design (Portfolio should include samples of presentation design, print collaterals, marketing materials, animation, multimedia, web, and video projects, and other design pieces that reflect capabilities);
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Ability to work with templates and styles, and familiarity of working within corporate identity guidelines is mandatory;
- Knowledge of Web standards such as HTML5, CSS5, jQuery, and JavaScript and ability to code and implement a variety of scripting solutions for Web pages;
- Freehand and digital illustration skills will score a brownie point for you;
- Must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and collaborate with firm personnel at all levels;
- Knowledge of working with Macros.
