What you can expect
The Solutions Engineer serves as the main advocate and trusted advisor, interpreting business and technical requirements for customers and partners. You need to understand and communicate Zoom's architectural advantages, collaborate with Account Executives. You must have expertise in unified communications, telephony, video, collaboration tools, and modern AI technologies. It is advantageous to be familiar with Zoom Workplace and/or have expertise in other communication and AI platforms.

What we're looking for
- Have language fluency in Malay and English
- Have 8+ years of technical sales experience in collaboration SaaS technologies (e.g., cloud telephony, video conferencing, contact center)
- Have knowledge of traditional voice communication systems and applications
- Have ability to create, present, and document technical solutions
- Have knowledge of network troubleshooting and terminology including LAN/WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, PBX deployment, etc.
- Have an excellent communication skills and business acumen
- Have ability to present topics clearly and concisely to audiences with varying technical backgrounds and across different group sizes
