Product Manager - Enterprise Growth
What you can expect
We're looking for a strategic and user-obsessed Sr Product Manager to drive the enterprise growth of Zoom Docs, our modern, AI-powered workspace for teams. In this role, you'll focus on unlocking adoption and deep engagement among sophisticated, large-scale organizations. You'll define the strategy, identify opportunities, and build features that support enterprise needs like administrative control, extensibility, security, and seamless integration.

Zoom Docs is a strategic pillar in Zoom's vision to evolve from meetings into a full-scale collaboration platform. It not only extends the meeting lifecycle but also anchors our broader push into modern, AI-powered teamwork. With Zoom Docs, we're building a next-generation workspace from the ground up, creating greenfield opportunities to innovate at the forefront of this transformation. This role offers the chance to shape a high-impact product at the heart of Zoom's future.
Responsibilities
- Driving product integration between Zoom Docs and Zoom's broader ecosystem (e.g., Meetings, Team Chat), as well as third-party applications.
- Collaborating with go-to-market teams to develop features tailored to specific roles (e.g., HR, Sales, Marketing) and industries.
- Building use-case-driven capabilities that unlock multi-surface workflows and improve user productivity.
- Balancing speed of iteration with thoughtful product design that meets customer and partner expectations.
- Identifying opportunities for integrations that help Zoom Docs fit seamlessly into the modern work stack.
What we're looking for
- Have experience with SaaS platforms, especially in designing cross-product integrations and workflows.
- Possess product intuition for use-case design across roles and verticals.
- Have familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations, and ecosystem design.
- Have experience working closely with sales, customer success, and solution engineering teams.
- Possess written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$98 900,00
Maximum:
$228 700,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
