IT Engineer
What you can expect
As an IT Engineer at Zoom you will be responsible for managing global corporate network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN/WiFi networks, server room specifications, and network security. You'll maintain network equipment, collaborate with various teams and vendors, and ensure optimal network performance. The role requires networking expertise, experience with major hardware vendors, and ability to handle multiple projects.

What we're looking for
- Have knowledge of routing, switching, network security, and common protocols (UDP, TCP IPv4/IPv6).
- Have experience with enterprise network hardware including Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, Dell, Aruba, Meraki, or Cisco, and modern data center design concepts.
- Network services expertise: VoIP, SIP, DHCP, Radius, SFTP, Iperf, NAT, DNS, QoS, traffic engineering and Python scripting skills.
- Have advanced networking protocols knowledge: VTP, STP, LACP, VRRP, CIDR, HA firewall configuration.
- Have knowledge of telecommunications and transmission technologies background.
- Have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS.
- 4+ years network technology experience and 3+ years system administration managing networks for 2000+ user organizations.
- Have experience in Multi-project management, independent work capability, team collaboration, on-call availability
