Responsibilities

  • Partnering with EMEA sales leadership to shape and implement regional strategies that improve sales effectiveness through channel partners.
  • Analyzing sales metrics such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and sales cycle to uncover trends, risks and opportunities across countries and partner types.
  • Delivering actionable and accurate sales reporting that provides insights, highlights gaps, and recommends solutions.
  • Improving productivity by streamlining sales processes while evaluating regional tools and platforms to support operational scalability.
  • Leveraging data to identify performance bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across channel processes.
  • Designing and implementing effective territory models and quota frameworks tailored to regional market dynamics and partner landscapes.
  • Supporting sales incentive (SPIFF) programs through performance tracking, reporting, and internal communication to ensure program success.

What we're looking for

  • Have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a relevant field
  • 6+ years of experience in sales operations within a high-growth technology company
  • Have good expertise in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau)
  • Have good experience supporting or working within EMEA markets, with an understanding of regional business nuances, partner ecosystems, and compliance requirements.
  • Have good analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales teams and provide actionable insights.
  • Have good experience working effectively across cultures, time zones and functions in a matrixed global organization.
  • Have good project management skills; able to independently scope, prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives.
