You'll join a high-performing, fast-paced team at Zillow focused on making the start of the home purchase process as seamless as possible. Our team connects homebuyers with real estate agents to help them move from dreaming to buying, supporting customers as they tour properties and work to secure their perfect home. As part of Zillow-the leading real estate website in the U.S.-you'll help build an on-demand real estate experience that empowers customers to buy, sell, rent, or finance their next home with speed, certainty, and ease.
About the role
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager who thrives on solving complex challenges and driving impactful change at scale. In this role, you'll shape the future of Zillow's homebuying experience by identifying customer needs, setting product vision, and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions that make a real difference for our users.
You Will Get To
- Identify and articulate customer problems, balancing agent and customer feedback with business needs.
- Define goals and success metrics for your product area, and prioritize initiatives to achieve them.
- Inform Zillow's strategy by understanding customer needs, analyzing competitors, and monitoring industry trends.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to test, measure, and iterate on product solutions.
- Provide clear direction, manage dependencies, and remove roadblocks to enable team success.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure product work aligns with Zillow's high-level strategy.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $145,500.00 - $232,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
- 5+ years managing products from concept to launch or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, using data and intuition to drive product strategy and evaluate solutions.
- Deep curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with hands-on experience leveraging AI for rapid prototyping and product discovery.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive manner.
- Keen strategic vision and the ability to deliver results without direct authority.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a commitment to sharing best practices to develop team members.
