Privacy Program Manager

Today Flexible / Remote

About the team

As a Privacy Program Manager, you will serve as a key driver in Zillow's enterprise privacy program, leading complex assessments and partnering with cross-functional teams to operationalize privacy-by-design across products, platforms, and services. • Design and maintain privacy program policies, standards, and governance processes.
  • Liaise with legal, product, marketing, engineering, security, and data teams to operationalize privacy requirements.
  • Drive audit readiness and manage responses to internal and regulatory reviews.
  • Collaborate with ERM and other risk functions to align privacy risks within the broader risk landscape.
  • Own and track remediation of privacy compliance issues and escalations.
  • Deliver executive-ready updates and reporting on privacy compliance posture.
