About the role
As the Manager of the IT Fulfillment Center, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional service to our internal customers. You will lead a team responsible for the efficient processing of orders and requests, maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in our fulfillment center's processes and technology.

As a Manager, IT Fulfillment Center, You Will Get To
- Oversee all aspects of the IT fulfillment center, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team of fulfillment center staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and coordinate with purchasing and suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and optimize technology infrastructure and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the handling of IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with stakeholders and contribute to performance reporting for continuous improvement.
This role has been categorized as an Office position. "Office" employees regularly work at an existing ZG corporate office for approximately 80 to 100 percent of their time each month. Employees must live within reasonable commuting distance of their designated ZG office. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing a fulfillment center or similar operations, ideally within the IT industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and relevant tools.
- Knowledge of IT systems and technologies used in fulfillment centers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
