  • Responsible for budget review and purchase request approvals for assigned functional groups.
  • Approves Headcount in Workday based on forecast and ensures forecast is accurately reflected in Adaptive.
  • Prepares and interprets Headcount reports by completing quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Provides commentary and support explanations related to Financial reporting requirements.
  • Applies in-depth knowledge in maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the company's operations.
  • Identifies opportunities, proposes improvement in financial reporting and helps in the implementation of new projects or improvements.
  • Coordinates with different departments in preparing individual budgets and assists in consolidating overall corporate budgets.
  • Examines & evaluates cost-efficiency of each department of the company, in light of what percentage of the companys financial resources each department consumes.
  • Prepares internal and external reports for executive leadership in support for decision making.
  • Interacts with Finance Org, operations and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
  • Leads the process improvement initiatives including completion of Playbooks and acts as POC to coordinate Global Projects.
  • Protects Operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Perform relevant ongoing and ad hoc analyses and synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive value engineering opportunities and business results

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
  • Has at least 5-6 years FP&A background
  • SAAS company/Business Partnering Finance/ Finance Shared Services experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills required (VLooksUps, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment where change is the norm; strong multitasking skills, and flexibility to alternate from one project to the next quickly
  • Teamwork-oriented with people management skills.
  • With Netsuite, Adaptive, Allocadia, & Coupa experience is an advantage.
  • Willing to work night and/ or shifting schedules to accommodate different time zones per global business requirements.
  • Willingness to work on a hybrid model.
