What We Need

We’re looking for a Head of Agency Development who is eager to drive new revenue through their network, with a focus on independent agencies. 

What You Can Expect In This Role

  • Engage with key stakeholders at agencies and sub-agencies, including mid to higher-level executives.
  • Conduct strategic discussions to understand agency goals and challenges.
  • Develop and execute a proactive outreach plan to achieve a target number of meetings per week.
  • Prioritize and schedule meetings with strategic agency leaders.
  • Identify relevant industry conferences and events.
  • Develop strategies to secure attendance of key agency stakeholders at major conferences.
  • Develop opportunities for Yieldmo and Agency Partner/ Executive to co-present at industry conferences and events 
  • Coordinate logistics, set up meetings, and follow-up activities post-conference.
  • Collaborate with agencies to identify client gaps and challenges.
  • Work with internal teams to propose customized solutions that align with client needs and Yieldmo's offerings.
  • Identify with key stakeholders across agencies areas of opportunity and coordinate with sellers
  • Identify potential new partnership opportunities with agencies.
  • Lead negotiations for new partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with mutual goals.
  • Collaborate with legal teams for contract review and finalization.
  • Develop a top-down approach for driving adoption of Yieldmo's offerings within agencies.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers to secure buy-in and support.
  • Work with sales to identify key clients for growth bottom-up.
  • Act as a client advocate within Yieldmo, ensuring client needs and feedback are communicated internally.
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance offerings based on client 
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to agency development and partnerships.
  • Regularly track and report on progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
    • Expectations: Strong internal tracking of agency impact.
      • Deliver on assigned agency QBR or HYBR and YBRs
  • Develop training programs for agency partners to enhance their understanding of Yieldmo's offerings.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of strategies.
  • Share insights and feedback from agency partners to inform product development and marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Use market intelligence to identify new opportunities and challenges.
    • Expectations: Use XFN leadership to drive thought leadership agenda that aligns with both market relevance but also agency needs.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with agency partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years experience in programmatic and digital advertising
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following Exchange Mechanics via a SSP, Ad servers, and/or DSPs

Hiring Process

Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:

  • A 60 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager.
  • Candidates will be invited to join a remote on-site interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership.
  • Successful candidates will subsequently be made an offer.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $200,000-$225,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
