JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for sewing cut vinyl/leather into various types of seat covers accurately and working the glue table.

- Collect appropriate pieces of vinyl/leather as needed for work order
- Sewing process will include sewing vinyl/leather, backing, welting, puffs and other upholstery materials per specifications
- Cleaning, oiling and maintaining machine as needed
- Work at the glue table cutting and gluing vinyl pieces as needed
- Maintain a clean workstation
- Must be willing to learn to sew and meet quality standards of current production effectively within grade level
- Any other duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous sewing experience preferred
- Familiarity and comfort level around sewing machines
- Ability to sit and/or stand for 10+ hours a day
- Manual dexterity
- Good coordination
- Detail oriented
- Color sensitivity
- Have good quality habits
- Have good attendance habits
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
