Total Rewards Engagement:

  • Proactively coordinates all content and programmatic changes for the various Total Rewards employee communication methods (including but not limited to the Total Rewards Guides, Total Rewards Portals etc. )
  • Assists in organization and execution of all Total Rewards related employee experiences and events such as on-site fairs, virtual learning events and other engagement activities.
  • Monitors the Total Rewards email for employee inquiries and seeks out resolution in a timely and organized manner
  • Maintains a Total Rewards calendar and assists team members with programmatic and executional support to ensure key business processes occur and deadlines are met
  • May be asked to assist in other coordination efforts within the Human Resources function.

Total Rewards Support:

  • Proactive ownership and management of the Total Rewards billing processes to ensure all invoices are paid appropriately and on-time with no disruption to employee programs and benefits
  • Prepares agenda and organizes team touch points on a consistent basis.
  • Ensures employee inquiries are addressed in a timely manner by partnering directly with team members to obtain resolutions where a solution is not already readily available
  • Provides cross-functional support between Total Rewards and Human Resources or other functions to setup any required meetings or deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years of experience working in HR, Preferred knowledge of compensation, benefits, other employee perquisite
  • As a Human Resources professional, able to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
  • Proven ability to effectively manage logistics and operations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to relate, communicate and engage with others across various personality styles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong situational awareness
  • Must have meticulous attention to detail and ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to change
  • Self-starter with willingness to learn, take initiative and ask questions when needed
  • Solid project management skills
