Why You’re Important to Us:

Wunderkind is seeking a Sales Development Representative to work closely with our Country Manager covering the AUS market. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is essential within the sales organization at Wunderkind.

Our SDR's are specialists in conducting in-depth research on prospects and finding innovative ways to set up meetings with decision-makers at our target accounts, largely top online retailers. You are responsible for initiating quality sales conversations that ultimately lead to new business, helping to scale revenue at Wunderkind.

Your success will not be measured on daily activity metrics. Instead, you will be assessed based on monthly quota attainment and how well you demonstrate the Wunderkind core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner and support the Business Development team in building and executing of Account-Based marketing plans through detailed research, implementation of org mapping, and personalised content creation to drive pipeline growth for Wunderkind Australia.
  • Contribute towards crafting highly customised, multi-channel, persona-based outreach to drive specific interest
  • Find creative ways to gain access to key decision-makers through fostering client relationships, and by organising industry specific events
  • Act as the conduit between Sales and Marketing
  • Ensure continuity of messaging across the full customer sales lifecycle

You Will Stand Out With:

  • 2+ years full time / post grad work experience, preferably in sales or another client facing position
  • An analytical, metrics-driven, and coachable mentality
  • Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful: enjoys working independently
  • Persuasive and compelling - able to communicate on behalf of Wunderkind in formal and informal settings
  • Passionate, entrepreneurial self-starter with a healthy dose of humility
  • Strong ability to build natural relationships

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Prior selling experience in a similar BDA/SDR role preferably in the martech or Saas space however open to all backgrounds
  • Passion and goal for long term sales career trajectory
