Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a vital role in the Procurement Leaders finance team. You will be primarily responsible for the below:
- Raising, reviewing and sending invoices in line with deadlines
- Acting as the main point of contact for all invoice queries
- Proactively managing and collecting debts and setting up payment plans
- Monthly invoice reconciliation between Salesforce and Netsuite
- Purchase order system and portal management
- Continuous streamline and improvement of accounts receivable processes
- Adhoc support to wider finance team and business as required
What are we looking for?
- 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience
- Previous experience in a similar sized business preferred
- Proficient and previous experience with ERP systems. Salesforce and Netsuite experience preferred
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Key benefits:
- Base salary of £37,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus
