Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a vital role in the Procurement Leaders finance team. You will be primarily responsible for the below:

  • Raising, reviewing and sending invoices in line with deadlines
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all invoice queries
  • Proactively managing and collecting debts and setting up payment plans
  • Monthly invoice reconciliation between Salesforce and Netsuite
  • Purchase order system and portal management
  • Continuous streamline and improvement of accounts receivable processes
  • Adhoc support to wider finance team and business as required

What are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience
  • Previous experience in a similar sized business preferred
  • Proficient and previous experience with ERP systems. Salesforce and Netsuite experience preferred
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
