What You'll Do:

WME Fashion is seeking a creative and strategic marketer to join its Brand Partnership Marketing team. As the Manager, Marketing you will play an essential role in in the ideation and proposal writing for luxury fashion and beauty brands looking to align with world class talent across IMG Models, The Wall Group, Art + Commerce and WME. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a deep understanding of today's entertainment culture and a genuine passion and interest in talent.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with colleagues in brand partnerships and marketing to support WME Fashion sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across our Business Units


  • Write and develop strategic sales proposals that position key WME Fashion and WME talent to luxury fashion and beauty brands to deliver on their KPIs and align with their brand ethos


  • Attend brand meetings and calls to pitch talent and present ideas from time to time


  • Collaborate with Business Unit leads and Managers to effectively market our talent and story tell around each talent's value proposition


  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as the Global Creative Team and the Content and Talent Strategy team on initiatives as needed


  • Ensure all marketing programs are packaged appropriately from brand, planning, and fiscal perspectives, aligning the needs of our brand partners with the fundamentals of our talent representation businesses


  • Understand and draw upon insights to help curate marketing opportunities for clients, utilizing measurement tools and research to add relevant and credible data points to proposals


  • Stay abreast of industry trends and news, continuously coming up with new and unique ideas that position our talent as best in class


  • Assist in the management of internal events and event needs as they arise


  • Manage our internal talent marketing materials and continuously update on an ongoing basis

You Have These:

  • Minimum 5-8 years' of marketing experience in a related field


  • Excellent strategic writer with strong packaging and presentation skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail


  • Ability to bring together creative thinking and ideas in support of brand partner goals/initiatives


  • Experience working within luxury, talent/entertainment or fashion environment preferred

  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment


  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with experience pitching to brands

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$93,750 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$125,000 annually
