BMC TrueSight OrchestrationDesign, develop, and maintain workflows in BMC True sight Orchestrator (AO) to automate ITSM, infrastructure, and business processes.Integrate BMC AO with tools such as Remedy ITSM, True Sight, ServiceNow, CMDB, SCCM, Active Directory, etc.Create, test, and deploy modules and adapters to support customized use cases.Collaborate with service delivery, infrastructure, and support teams to identify and automate repeatable tasks.Ensure orchestration environments are secure, scalable, and performing optimally.Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, integrations, and technical designs.Provide troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing maintenance of AO components.Support upgrades and patching of the AO platform and adapters.Work closely with BMC support and product teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong hands-on experience with BMC Truesight Orchestrator (AO)/Helix Orchestration.Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and shell scripting.Experience developing custom modules and adapters.Solid understanding of ITIL processes and automation use cases.Web Service (SOAP, REST) conceptsBasic Java conceptsOS basic conceptsNetwork basic conceptsSSL conceptsBasic systems concepts (DB, File, Email)Basic protocols knowledge (Telnet,SSH,RDP,SFTP,FTP,SCP)TSO ArchitectureTSO Adapters (Basic and Application)TSO componentsTSO installationTSO developmentTSO Log file analysisXML, XPATH, XSLT (basic , advanced)Licensing ConceptsLDAP,SAML, local user managementIntegration concepts (BMC, 3rd Party)TSO Grid AdministrationBMC OOTB RunbooksBMC OOTB Modules/UtilitiesThread ConceptsRegex Concepts.

Do

1. Provide tool design, development and deployment support for the project delivery
a. Interact with the internal project or client to understand the project requirement from a tool perspective
b. Design the solution keeping in mind the tool requirements, current tools available as well as details on licenses required etc.
c. Provide budget and timeline estimates for the tool development/ deployment as required
d. For any new tool development, identify sources for development (internal or 3rd party) and work with the project managers on the development of the tool keeping in mind the production rollout timelines
e. Conduct commercial discussions with the 3rd party vendors for licenses or tool development
f. Conduct appropriate testing to ensure error free deployment of the tool on the project
g. Ensure deployment of tool on time and within the estimated budget
