JD # Role :Test Director/QE Consulting Manager
- Around 18+ of strong QA /QE experience ,QE leadership/consulting experience
- QE Consulting experience bringing in thought leadership on emerging QE trends, tools, models, best practices and help with exercises/initiatives involving future road-mapping, helping sell TCOE/TC4E to customer stakeholders
- Should be adept across all gamuts of QE
- Should be able to shape customer discussions to opportunities.
- Experience in both Agile methodologies including test management in Agile with different tools and processes.
- Developed Multi-Module Test Automation Framework using technologies Maven/Cucumber/Rest-Assured/TestNG/Core Java/Selenium
- Expertise in selenium based UI automation framework, automation solutions, Automation strategies
- Strong stakeholder management skill
- Strong in reporting, quality Engineering metrics, Test Dashboards, JIRA Dashboards etc
- Responsible for the overall delivery of different teams working for the large scale transformation program ,TCoE/TC4E implementation etc
- Responsible for creating overall test strategy, planning and tracking of the Testing activities.
- Identify new testing opportunities for within the Testing transformation program.
- Participate in Client workshop, identify key client requirements and provide QA solutions for the customer problem statements.
- Set up teams by identify right talent and preparing the team with respect to the required skills
- Represent Wipro in front of the customer senior management to provide status and represent Wipro in front of the customer senior management to provide status and solutions.
- Single point of contact for all escalations for all the programs
