Technical Project Manager

• 5+ years of exp in IT Ops, Project management and Service delivery.
• 7+ yrs of exp in working knowledge on Data platforms, Analytics, BI Services, Metadata and ETL concepts, Reporting and Visualization.
• 7+ yrs of exp in maintaining the Business Intelligence platforms for Business analytics.
• End to End working knowledge of BI tools SAS, Tableau, Cognos, Starburst, Qlik, Microstrategy.
• Maintaining overall control of the schedule of deliverables, allocating appropriate resources, to ensure timely delivery.
• SLA Management, Cross-skilling, Transition management, Stakeholder management, Governance calls, Weekly and Monthly reviews.
• Techno Functional, deep knowledge on BI architectures and associated platforms.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project outcomes while maintaining cost effectiveness.
• Merging of teams and managing the transitions across the teams which benefits the customers by reducing the cost.
• Enhanced system performance by identifying and resolving technical issues with thorough analysis and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with external vendors during system implementations or upgrades, ensuring timely completion within project constraints.
• Providing regular updates to upper management and Stake holders with weekly/monthly project status, updates, and productivity of employees.
• Overseeing all types of escalations and ensuring the customer is always delighted.
• Ensuring the compliance of project systems, access, schedules, quality, and policies.
• Identifying inefficiencies and providing recommendations for process improvements
• Collaborate closely with senior management to align with strategic company initiatives, ensuring that efforts contribute to overall business growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
• Efforts utilization, Timesheet management, allocation of resources, budget invoicing.
