Experience Required:

• 2+ years of working experience as Support Engineer

• Intermediate English Level

• Formatting and image uploads in computer equipment.

• Management of remote access to teams via Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Quick Assistance

• Technical Knowledge of Computer Hardware PCS, Laptops and their peripherals

• Replacement of parts of computer equipment, Laptops, desktop, and peripherals

• Installation, preventive and corrective maintenance to: Laptops, Desktop, and peripherals

• Knowledge of printing equipment

• Knowledge of physical and wireless networks

• Installation and configuration of Office in its different versions Mainly Microsoft 365

• Installation and configuration of W10 Operating Systems, IOs System and MacOS

• Email configuration,

• Reliable Information Backups

• Performs the update of Software, Applications

• Installation and configuration of Trellix Antivirus (McAfee) certificates
