The Project involves Architecting and Implementation of Level2/Level3 Interfaces for Manufacturing domain.
Working area & responsibilities
- Analyze and Solve issues reported by Business users
- Resolve the assigned Tickets within agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Monitor SLAs and KPIs
- Understand the Requirements from Client for Change Orders and provide Estimate and Timelines
- Create RAD document for Change Orders and Closely work with the team for Development and Testing
- Coordinate with Other Internal teams / Other vendors whenever applicable
- Participate in meetings with Business users and Management
- Create Weekly and Monthly Status reports for Management
- Identify Gaps and Risks and Develop strategies to resolve them
- Suggest Improvements Ideas for the applications and coordinate with relevant teams to incorporate them
- Ensure Application related Documentation are maintained and updated regularly
- Advanced skills in PL/SQL
- Excellent in writing Oracle Packages, Functions and Stored procedures
- Good knowledge in writing and debugging Oracle forms
- Unix shell scripting
- Unix utilities - grep, sed, awk
- Service Management
