The Associate Manager, Paid Social role is focused on strategy and implementation of growth tactics on multiple social platforms including Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit.
You will report to the Manger, Paid Social, helping to shape the future of our channel and individually responsible for our small and mid-size markets/channels, meeting or exceeding our KPIs.
In this role you will:
- Manage paid social campaigns across multiple channels (such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit) tactics, and markets. This includes, but is not limited to strategy, creative launches, audience and tactical optimizations, and daily budget management.
- Help to refine and scale our Paid Social strategy while working cross-functionally to meet or exceed committed goals and KPIs, including cLTV: CAC ratio and sign ups.
- Contribute to ideation and execution of a testing roadmap dedicated to increasing efficiency for cLTV: CAC through rigorous audience, creative and landing page tests and optimizations cross-channel.
- Provide agile reporting and data analysis with actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with other performance channel teams including creative, search, programmatic, video, affiliate, influencer, brand, and email.
Who you are
- 3+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in-platform management of Meta. Preference for experience in Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit in addition to Meta.
- In-depth, "under the hood" knowledge of Paid Social as an acquisition channel. Deep understanding of industry trends, experimentation, A/B testing, and incrementality.
- Experience with multi-touch data measurement is a plus. Can identify trends and respond decisively.
- Learns quickly when facing new challenges, operates with a growth mindset; Every challenge is an opportunity, and each problem can be solved. Takes feedback as a key source for developmental growth.
- Team player that finds common ground and solves problems for the good of all, enjoys both being an individual contributor in a team environment and teaching/coaching.
- Strong written and communication/presentation skills
- Effectively prioritize efforts, delivering the most important tasks first. Demonstrates organizational skills and an ability to balance long term strategic initiatives with short term needs or ad hoc requests.
- Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations, seizes opportunities without hesitation. Adaptable to changing goals, priorities, resourcing, and business needs, typical of a high-growth environment.
- Comes up with new and unique ideas, always adds value to brainstorming
- Flexible for weekend work (generally 1-2 hours to check pacing & scheduled launches)
- Understanding of general web and app technology: cookies, pixels, SDKs, tracking, tagging, conversion API.
- Located in the US or CA and willing to work east coast hours
- Bachelor's degree
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary $70,000-$85,000 annually
