Your working area & responsibilities
- Management of large international SAP S/4HANA projects in various industries as well as active management of Rollouts and transformations
- You advise our customers on best practices for SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout and transformation projects
- You set up international project teams, manage them and lead them through all project phases
- You are responsible for completing projects on time and within budget
- You are responsible for project controlling, quality management, risk and change request management
- Management from offer analysis, planning, implementation, testing, go live to follow-up support
- ‚lead consultant' personality - architecture/transformations/cloud/S/4...
- proven experience in working with global / large scale customers
- Track record of successfully delivered large S4 Implementation and Rollout projects
- relevant and deep industry experience (Automotive/Manufacturing/Utilities/Retail)
- >10 years in subject matter area
- Extensive experience in creating SAP S/4HANA roadmaps
- Extensive experience with SAP S4/HANA best practices
- Extensive (with certification) experience in SAP project methodologies (Agile + Classic)
- Very good communication, moderation and presentation skills in German and English
- You have analytical skills, are customer-oriented and have leadership, team and conflict skills, as well as strong organizational skills

- German (near native) and English fluency is mandatory
