- Management of large international SAP S/4HANA projects in various industries as well as active management of rollouts and transformations
- You advise our customers on best practices for SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout and transformation projects
- You set up international project teams, manage them and lead them through all project phases
- You are responsible for completing projects on time and within budget
- You are responsible for project controlling, quality management, risk and change request management
- You are used to acting and communicating as a trusted advisor at C-level
- Management from offer analysis, planning, implementation, testing, go live to follow-up support
- >15 years in subject matter area
- ‚lead consultant' personality - architecture/transformations/cloud/S/4 Hana
- Proven experience in working with global / large scale customers
- Track record of successfully delivered large (at least 4-5 multi million USD projects) S4 Implementation and Rollout projects
- Relevant and deep industry experience (Automotive/Manufacturing/Utilities/Retail)
- Extensive experience in creating SAP S/4HANA roadmaps
- Extensive experience with SAP S4/HANA best practices
- Extensive experience in the transformation of SAP ECC or third-party systems to SAP S/4HANA
- Extensive (possible with certification) experience in SAP project methodologies (Agile + Classic)
- English and German fluency is mandatory
