Job Title- Sr Analyst.
Job Location: Gurgaon( Work from office)
Time: 12:00 PM to 9:30 pm / 2:00 to 11:30 PM ( need to be comfortable for both the slots )
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a good understanding of real estate finance operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems/applications, and the reporting source data.
- Possess good knowledge about SPVs and its relevance.
- Perform SPV level cash tracking and prepare wire memos for intercompany transfers.
- Reconciliation of Gross Debt and bridging the gaps between Gross to Net Debt.
- Fund Leverage Limitation Testing to identify the capacity of borrowing.
- Allocation and coding of project level expenses on Coupa.
- Prepare quarterly Distribution tracker for US Real Estate investments.
- Prepare quarterly Disclosure reporting items to Client for the Real Estate business.
- Prepare quarterly SPV financial statements.
- Manage system setup, bank account creation and dissolution of SPV entities.
- Participate in the process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.
- Identify process gaps and initiate process improvement projects.
- Ad-hoc requests.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate must be a Post Graduate or A., with knowledge of finance
- Good Understanding of Private Equity business and its Revenue Model.
- Candidates must have 4-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, performance reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
- The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
- The profile involves effective communication across Clients' facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must
- A demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly
- A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders
