Role: FICO Consultant

Role Description:

Performs Problem determination and resolution of mobile Equipment and Software problems through the effective use of available technical resources. Resolves Problems, including completing all related administrative duties. Resolves Customer's Equipment/Software mobility Problem tickets.

Required Skills and Experience: (Mandatory)

• Gather Information on their current business processes and prepare a document.
• Gather information on their business requirements and prepare.
• Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment.
• Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Document on requirements gathered during workshops which is nothing but Business Blueprint.
• Configure Global settings and Enterprise structure settings.
• Configure G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting.
• Prepare End user training Document.
• Prepare workflow which is nothing but sequence of business processes flow to complete the project within defined scope, budget and time.

The potential compensation for this role is based on labor costs in local markets, as well as the job-related skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate. Expected base pay for this role ranges from 120,000 to 155,000 Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options as well as potential incentive or variable compensation.
