The salesforce BA is responsible for leading salesforce implementation from the initial discovery and requirements analysis through design, configuration, development, technical review, testing and deployment. This role leads and executes projects deliverable that otherwise tend to be owned by roles like solution architect, technical developments leads and Business analyst on more traditional projects.

• Accountable for designing and deploying a full salesforce solution.
• Leads discovery workshops with clients, inclusive of process mapping, requirement gathering, and early solution architecture.
• Defines and documents technical and functional requirements.
• Translates requirements into user stories in Salesforce CMC platform and uses the platform daily to drive project deliverable.
• Prioritizes & scopes stories, partnering with the offshore Technical lead to ensure that they are tasked, assigned and configurate on a daily basis.
• Collaborates with the QA to review the development team's configuration to ensure a proper technical quality.
• Works with offshore technical lead to ensure resolution of any issues; is capable of direct configuration if needed to support timely resolution.
• Communicates the design/ solution to the client form both a technical or functional perspective.
• Conducts demos of technology throughout the project to ensure the solution is meeting the client requirements.
