Minimum 10 years as a Project Manager/Program Manager
- Experience in delivering large & medium sized projects or programs involving enterprise applications, CX / CRM programs
- Strong experience in Agile way of working?
- Domain Specialization in front office or enterprise apps in Telecom, BFSI, Automotive is an added advantage
- Experience in managing external and internal Stakeholders
- Experience in preparing management reports, weekly and monthly status reports and presenting to customer
- Experience in work planning, estimating/budgeting, productivity measurement and management, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue management
- Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, excellent customer focus
- Proven knowledge of business process and its KPIs, including best practices to support the relevant business processes
- Good Communication, Analytical & problem solving skill.
- Sharp learning curve & awareness of new technology areas and domains

- Planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, managing project operational parameters and people management
