You will be part of a fast-growing Digital Consulting team in the Benelux which is a specialized management consulting practice that leverages new-age technologies across industries to grow Revenues, Improve Margins, enhance Customer Service, elevate Employee Experience, modernizes Operating/Business Models and drives Self-Service. Rapid identification and realization of tangible business benefits (cost / cash /revenue) across an organization and together with senior customer stakeholders through detailed data analytics, deep business understanding and leading capabilities in process re-imagination, digitization, process mining and automation are our some of our key capabilities and services we offer to our customers. Within the Digital Consulting team, we're looking for a Process Mining Consultant to join our growing team.
Role & Responsibilities
You will be a Process Mining Consultant with proven capability in leveraging process mining solutions to enable our clients to effectively mine their data and turn this into decisions about process simplification, intelligent automation reengineering, better compliance or first time right.
- You will be working with our industry and account teams as well as key Process and Task Mining platforms to address the challenges and process and data ambitions of our clients.
- You will be highly analytical in your approach to develop data-driven process insights and actions. You make digital business processes transparent and ensure that our customers receive maximum value.
- You will contribute to practice development initiatives including process mining capabilities building, team upskilling, knowledge management, whitepapers, etc.
- You expertly handle our customers' individual needs and are quickly able to take over more responsibility.
- You can visualize and interpret process models identifying process variations.
- Practical working experience in the areas of management consulting, digital transformation and / or process consulting - experience of value delivery in the field of Process Mining.
- Hands on implementation experience with at least 1 leading process mining tool, e.g., Celonis, UiPath, Aris, etc. Bonus points for experience with Celonis EMS
- Provided advisory and implementation expertise to clients including use case and business case development for advanced technologies.
- Experience and competence in building a consulting tool kit for Automation Advisory (e.g., business case, scorecard, security compliance, solutioning and deployment architecture).
- Experience in delivering process improvement and / or process analysis initiatives (Lean Six Sigma certifications desirable).
- Demonstrable experience of delivering business cases or financially viable business cases based to deliver Process Transformation
- Knowledge of common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics NAV) (desirable).
- Knowledge of multiple Business Functions and common industry specific process-related challenges (such as Finance and Procurement, e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, AP/AR, Finance, HR, Mortgages, Claims).
- Knowledge of established data analysis technologies (e.g., Power BI ) (desirable)
- Dedicated and visionary and want to actively drive the Process Mining initiatives and able to create downstream automation solutions on the back of findings.
- Have very good English skills, Dutch is preferable.
- Degree in one or more of these: Data Science, Computer Science, Data Science & Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- A "can do" attitude; a hands-on and flexible approach to emerging requirements and a real willingness to learn and participate.
- Ability to construct presentation slides that are effective in conveying the intended message and visually pleasing to a high level of standard. Additionally, candidate needs to have the ability to present the information effectively to the audience.
- Good leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organisation
- Supports generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into successful outcomes.
- Delivery and project management expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
- Know-how to comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans & solutions in tackling challenges
