Marketing Lead, Wipro FullStride Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Cloud marketer to lead integrated marketing for a strategic service line within the Wipro FullStride Cloud Global Business Lines (GBL).

The Marketing Lead for Wipro FullStride Cloud GBL is responsible for envisioning, leading and developing strategy and marketing deliverables for this key service line. This includes building awareness of Wipro FullStride Cloud Services as a leading provider of cloud services and offerings that are critical for enterprise transformation and business success. It also includes establishing oneself as a trusted and valued confidant/marketing leader within the business practice and leadership team.

This position will design, develop and execute integrated marketing plans for Wipro FullStride Cloud's leading practices and solutions. Success will be measured by establishing Wipro as a cloud partner among leading organizations through - creating thought leadership, driving B2B tactics, increasing awareness, and consideration for our capabilities across target audiences, analysts, ecosystem partners and more. This marketing leader will need to be a creative thinker who can will work closely with business stakeholders in developing positioning and marketing aligned to business objectives and meeting KPI's.

As part of a Wipro FullStride Cloud GBL marketing team, this role is responsible for strategy and execution including but not limited to positioning, messaging, and content. This role works with other teams who have GTM responsibility for campaigns, account-based marketing and deals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This position is specifically responsible for the following:
  • Taking initiative by identifing and inspire marketing programs and campaigns that reinforce Wipro FullStride Cloud Services industry leadership by elevating brand perception, drive demand across target customers, recruits, employees, media, ecosystem partners, analysts, and more.
  • Design, develop, and execute integrated marketing plans that align to business goals.
  • Deep knowledge of channel strategies, demand generation and marketing campaign metrics and analytics.
  • Work with the business, alliance partners and analyst relations to develop thought leadership, case studies, videos, solution collaterals, press releases, internal communications and other types of content that support planned campaigns as well as ongoing needs.
  • Strong management skills, strong presentation skills and the ability to manage the day-to-day business and SME relationship.
  • A team leader, develop programs, develop, and oversee the delivery of high-quality work, play a development role and offer strategic marketing counsel to the business.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player with marketing and business colleagues' by providing input and marketing expertise to ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered in-market effectively and timely.
  • Deep understanding of lower funnel marketing to ensure marketing attribution for sales conversion.
  • Proactive thinking to identify marketing solutions that react to market trends and changes in the environment.

  • Mentor and grow team members through leadership and delegation of initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    Requirements

    The successful candidate possesses the following:
    • 15+ years of integrated marketing experience with global experience preferred
    • A minimum of 5 years marketing cloud, SaaS or PaaS services
    • A minimum of 5 years of team management
    • Experience with executing integrated marketing campaigns
    • Leading and develop content and thought leadership
    • Interactions and knowledge of industry analysts
    • Outstanding writing, scripting and editorial skills
    • An understanding of digital platforms and channels
    • Ability to synthesize ideas and strategy to clearly communicate and influence
    • Self-directed and comfortable in entrepreneurial environments
    • Strong project management skills and high attention to detail and quality deliverables
    • Comfortable working in a highly matrixed, culturally diverse, globally distributed organization
    • Able to influence by clearly communicating and articulating ideas, and initiatives across all levels of the business.
    The position reports to the Director of Wipro FullStride Cloud.
