Lead Analyst
Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is Lead Anaplan Developer
Key Responsibilities
• Model Development: Design and build Anaplan models, including lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and leveraging Anaplan's New UX (NUX).
• Business Alignment: Translate business requirements into Anaplan technical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Optimization: Implement Anaplan best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of models.
• Data Management, Integrations and Extensibility: Manage and monitor data flows between Anaplan and other systems.
• End-User Support: Train users on Anaplan models, administer roles/permissions, and provide ongoing support.
• Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards and report solutions within Anaplan to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Anaplan model building and connected planning.
• Proven expertise in multi-dimensional modeling, automating finance/operations processes, and using Anaplan's New UX.
• Master's degree in finance/Analytics/BI/Computer Science/Data & Research will be preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Anaplan model building, including data integration tools (e.g., Anaplan Connect, APIs).
• Familiarity with Anaplan's connected planning features, such as ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), NUX, and integration capabilities.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and expert-level Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
