Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Teams & M365 Technical Consultant to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 services, and AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot. This role includes responsibility for Teams architecture, security and compliance (including DLP), and delivering both high-level and low-level designs in alignment with customer enterprise architecture strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and design end-to-end Microsoft Teams solutions, including governance, lifecycle management, and integration with Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Deliver High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for Teams and M365 implementations, ensuring alignment with customer enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business, security, and compliance requirements.
• Deploy and manage Teams Voice, Direct Routing, Teams Rooms, and telephony integrations.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Configure and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, sensitivity labels, and compliance solutions using Microsoft Purview.
• Lead the adoption and integration of Microsoft Copilot across Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Conduct technical workshops, assessments, and solution design sessions with clients.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to best practices during project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Teams and M365 environments.
• Deliver training and documentation for end-users and IT administrators.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap, Teams architecture patterns, and AI innovations.
equired Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience with Microsoft Teams architecture and governance.
• Strong background in delivering HLDs and LLDs for enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise architecture teams and aligning solutions to strategic IT roadmaps.
• Deep knowledge of Teams Voice, Direct Routing, and telephony systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, DLP, and compliance center.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI integration in M365 apps.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-102, SC-400, AI-102) are highly desirable.
Desirable:
• Experience with Teams Rooms, Viva, or third-party app integrations.
• Background in managed services or consultancy environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks.

Mandatory Skills: M365 Exchange Online.

Experience: 8-10 Years.
