As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.
Responsibilities:
- Support to Supplier - Onboarding suppliers, supplier follow up, Questionnaire analysis, Questionnaire award;
- Support to Category/ users, Anti-bribery compliance watch;
- Assist suppliers during their onboarding process in ARIBA platform;
- Non-Voice daily tasks 30%;
- Voice tasks 70%.

What will you bring?
- Good French language skills, written and conversational;
- Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR/ PO processes;
- Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;
- Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA;
- Exposure to procurement operations (2 years);
- Neutral Voice and Accent and call management;
- Procurement domain knowledge and industry skills.
