Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as the Guest/Client Lead & Executive Operations

The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of executive-level operations and corporate communications.

  • Executive operation - arranging Meetings, minutes, scheduling, apt with MS office (presentation/ word), office 365
  • Client meets - coordination with all functions, operations for hosting at the EBC- flowers, gift, food, transport, hotel
  • External events - SOW Run, YEP, CSR, Industry events like awards, participation of members registration. This requires coordination with other organization
  • Internal events- Coordinate with HR, BCP operations, sr leadership visits., internal awards
  • Basic repository of - Philippines deck, Newsletter, country council report (format exixts)
  • Documentation- attestation/legalization (mostly global ops), site inspections, coordination with local LGU/ regulatory authorities for facility management

    BPO experience is good to have

    Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
