The Global People Business Partner is responsible for supporting the agenda of the organization's overall objectives in regards to people and talent strategy, leadership support, change management, employee experience and engagement, and culture initiatives by partnering closely with the company's leadership globally to develop effective people and talent strategies, plans and agenda. The role brings evidence-led approaches, best practices and insights from people analytics to discussions and serves as coach and mentor for senior leaders. The Global People Business Partner will have a global role supporting one or more Lines of Business or functions, and will be part of the People global leadership team .
  • Aligns People and Talent Strategic plans for the different lines of business and globally
  • Designs the organizational structure with the business leaders, HR transformation lead and People Operations teams
  • Embeds analytics into decision making, strategy planning and ensures business leaders are aware of talent insights and are taking action to address risks and concerns
  • Facilitates and provides guidance to management on succession planning, promotion process and career development
  • Acts as a coach to Managers and Leaders
  • Collaborates closely with the People Operations teams to align People and Culture programs to delivery models
  • Responsible for accelerating change initiatives, communications, stakeholder management, and change management in order to meet business imperatives
  • Responsible for employee engagement and experience, including but not limited to:
    • Diversity and Inclusion
    • Culture initiatives
    • Employee listening strategies
    • Employee engagement data monitoring and action planning/implementation
  • Strong team player and driver of collaboration:
    • Seeks out and implements alignment across people teams and roles at a global level
    • Works closely with all lines of Business, IT, finance, payroll, including Learning and Development, Recruitment centers of excellence
  • Works with our People Operations teams to ensure our HR systems and tools (e.g. SuccessFactors) are kept up-to-date
  • Ensures training is provided to employees and managers on Talent programs
  • Manages initiatives and ensures smooth HR programs, processes, tools and timeline
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR field
  • Experience working as an HR global Business Partner role
  • Experience in coaching Leaders
Desired Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or related discipline
  • HR Certification (SHRM CP, CHRA, CIPD Level 3 or above, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience culture initiatives including DEI
  • Previous experience working in a global professional services firm
  • Experience working in a global role covering multiple countries
  • Experience in implementing People analytics
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS products
  • design, Talent Strategy plans
  • Understanding of Business functions and priorities
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines, with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems, provide detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems and complex situations
  • Strong listening and customer-service skills
  • Knowledge of how to work with sensitive information and data and the ability to maintain confidentiality of the above
  • Ability to adapt quickly and appropriately to a range of situations as business needs arise

  • Ability to readily take action on challenges, seize new opportunities, and act with a clear sense of ownership on commitments; willingness to step up and handle tough issues
  • Ability to communicate to a high level of proficiency in written and verbal communications across the full range of communication channels
  • Proficiency in German and English
