Step into the heart of a significant IT transformation spanning Workplace, Infrastructure, and Platform Services, as we partner with a major Financial Services client. Your working area & responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management incl. Escalation-Management
- Manage a Team of SMEs
- SLA- and Availability-Management
- Ensure, that compliance and security requirements are met
- Continuous improvements and problem solving
- Drive technology domain automation and standardization
- Complete management of storage implementation (IBM, NetApp, Huawei)
- Strong knowledge in High-available storage implementations (incl. SAN)
- Technical expertise in IBM, NetApp and Huawei storage as well as corresponding tools
- Deep Knowledge in basic IT-Infrastructure
- Service Orientation / ITIL certification
- Perseverance
- German and English fluency is mandatory
