Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Media consulting practice, including business development, client engagement, and project delivery

Provide strategic guidance to media companies on a range of issues, including digital transformation, content distribution, audience engagement, and revenue optimization

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the media industry

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and drive business impact

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform and enhance consulting services

Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the practice

Required Skillsets:

Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles within the media industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing media companies today

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and articulate compelling value propositions for clients

Expertise in media technologies, including content management systems, digital platforms, data analytics, and advertising solutions

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders

Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of driving successful outcomes in complex consulting engagements

Bachelor's degree in business, media, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $190,000.00 to $265,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
