This career opportunity is with the Banking Domain and Consulting unit of Wipro within Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical. This is a Client Engagement Partner position to deliver profitable growth by building on existing and emerging capabilities within the target account(s). The role holder is expected to grow the portfolio of services, and C-level relationships, which would also enable growth of other Wipro services. The role holder will be a key partner in driving account level strategy, with other leaders across the account.

Core responsibilities will include:
- Sales: Own the Consulting and Pull Through sales for assigned account
- Growth: Defining a sound business growth strategy in conjunction with account team; focus on growing the consulting business contribution to account through differentiated sales, and higher billing rates and margins. Ensuring the consulting business opens new business opportunities to expand Wipro's client footprint
- Solutions and Competency: Enhancing positioning with the C-suite by effectively positioning differentiated services and solutions within the account
- Branding: Creating a strong Wipro Market Positioning - help improve Wipro's mindshare amongst key stakeholders in client organizations
- People Leadership : Ensuring strong leadership with the consulting teams engaged on named accounts
- Proven track record in profitably growing revenues through consultative sales
- Deep understanding of innovative customer models, products, services and business re-platforming strategies
