Title: US Capital Markets Consulting Leader

Summary:
This career opportunity is leading Wipro Consulting's Capital Markets practice in US (across buy side, sell side, wealth management and market infrastructure clients). As the Capital Markets Head of US, you will be responsible for leading and growing the consulting business and functional capability areas, while developing deep and trusted internal partnerships. You will drive strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and deliver significant growth and scale all the while building robust and diverse teams. This role will involve collaborating with other leaders across the organization to shape the business strategy of the Americas practice and drive transformation for our clients.
Our US Capital Markets Consulting Practice Leader is expected to build C-level relationships and leverage strategic partnerships as relevant for business growth strategy, in collaboration with the Global Account Executives and other business leaders globally.
Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Strategy:
• Define and execute a sound business growth strategy for the WC US practice.
• Manage the topline revenue growth across all sectors and capabilities
• Lead origination efforts and large deals at our focus accounts, bringing all of our capabilities to our clients
• Focus on expanding the consulting business contribution to the overall revenue and market positioning.
• Build and nurture C-level relationships and pursue new business opportunities with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Foster partnerships with key ecosystem players to build knowledge and networks.
Practice Leadership:
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of consulting professionals across different regions.
• Manage the overall profitability of the US Capital Markets Consulting practice
• Set goals and objectives, provide guidance and support, and foster a culture of excellence.
• Develop and implement a competency-building strategy to enhance the capabilities of the team.
• Drive thought leadership by engaging with industry leaders, analysts, and influencers.
Driving Transformation:
• Collaborate with clients to transform their business processes and solve complex challenges.
