Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

- Minimum 10 to 12 years or more total IT experience
- Minimum 5 years or more of expertise and hands-on AEM Experience including latest AEM 6.5 experience
- Experience with minimum 3 large scale AEM implementations
- Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on Java / J2EE experience
- Ability to do hands-on development and code reviews
- Minimum 2 years of client interaction experience
- Ability to do POCs, support RFPs and do client demos when needed
- Experience with HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, jQuery, npm build process
- Ability to mentor and lead a team of junior developers and QA resources
- Experience in Onsite-offshore team model
- Experience in Git and Jenkins
- Experience in Accessibility / A11y standards
- Ability to provide guidance on design and implement approach for AEM solution given the business requirements and the current infrastructure, technical capabilities and constraints.
- Ability to communicate and work directly with the Business line to ensure that all project deliverables are delivered on time with high quality
- Nice to have - Experience in AEM as a Cloud service and AMS
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80000 to $1358000 and for California, $80,000 to $148000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
