• Maintenance of database of hardware/software maintenance service vendors, suppliers, communication service agencies and any other third party.
• Service calls for maintenance and warranty vendors will be logged properly to track Vendor SLA
• Coordinate, escalate and follow up calls as and when necessary.
• Maintaining database of the various vendors with details like contact person, telephone numbers,
• Escalation matrix, response time and resolution time commitments etc.
• Logging calls with vendors
• Coordinating with the vendors to get the problems resolved.
• Escalating problems, if required
• Driving the vendor and technical team for the detailed Root cause analysis
