RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Automates common business processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including incident management, Change management, FSM; CSM; PPM, Service Catalog, other ITSM Modules
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in ServiceNow Platform development, Including Scripting (JavaScript, Angular JS; GlideScripts, HTML) UI customization and integration (REST, SOAP, Oracle DB).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team environment.
  • Configure import sets and transform maps to map external data fields to internal data fields sets.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices and tools
  • Responsible for building and configuring ServiceNow UI policies, actions, scripts, pages, and business rules.
  • Performs data management functions including importing and exporting, archiving data within the database and configuring fields and tables
  • Configures various settings that control form functionality and performance
  • Develops user friendly catalog items with experience writing orchestration workflows enabling self-service.
  • Knowledge of Agile framework and experience in measuring level of effort with enhancements, defects/Incidents, and stories
  • Assists in the maintenance and administration of user-profiles including groups and role management
  • Follows ITSM processes for Incident, Request and Change management process
  • Maintains system documentation for configuration and troubleshooting of known issues
  • Analyzes incidents to identify application and system problems and possible solutions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assists in the troubleshooting of performance, integration, and user management issues by digging into application and system logs
  • Participates in Agile ceremonies to understand deliverables and timelines for admin activities
  • Possesses working knowledge of Service Now core fields like records and tables
  • Uses workflows to handle various processes from different customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF capabilities and limitations; experience in test management tools and methodologies
  • Collaborate with team and stakeholders to define data policies and establish data governance standards within the ServiceNow platform; configure data policies needed for governance.
  • Design and develop custom user interfaces using CSS; optimize CSS code for performance, scalability and maintainability
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT related degree
  • a combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to build tables, add new fields, vie/dashboards, form creation.
  • Has knowledge of using UI (user interface) and navigation system with the framework.
