- Work closely with the Director and Associate Director of Operations in leading a cohesive, national property management team, including planning and coordinating team events.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functions.
- Support project execution, timelines, and coordination across multiple teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members in operational procedures and best practices.
- Identify operational issues and recommend solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business processes.
- Assist in testing and implementing new technologies and processes.
- Provide support in maintaining process and training documentation and invoice coding.
- Assist with processing, qualifying, establishing, and maintaining vendor relationships and contracts.
- Work with GID vendor management team to maintain compliance of strategic, national vendors partners.
- Provide support to ensure effective management utility accounts, as needed.
- From time to time, provide support to the market property management team by fielding tenant inquiries, issuing purchase orders, writing contracts, and coding invoices.
- Ensure that all GID policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
- Other assigned duties, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
- A minimum of five years real estate operations support experience required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented assistant with ability to effectively multitask.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS)
- Experience with Yardi Elevate preferred.

- 1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation time accrued bi-weekly, 6 weeks of paid parental leave, 10 paid holidays annually, and up to 3 floating days.
